I'm Margaret - welcome to my Confident Blogger Academy, a repository of useful courses, e-books and other resources for bloggers, that help grow their blogs into successful online businesses.

I'm a  Blog Coach with a background in marketing and public relations. I'm also the founder of two blogs: SuburbanTourist.ca and MargaretBourne.com.

I work with bloggers and solopreneurs to help them grow their blogs and online businesses.

How do I book sessions with you? What's the process?

Before you commit to blog coaching with me there are several steps: 
  • We do a free 15-minute "get to know you" chat to see if we're compatible and if I can truly help you achieve your goals.
  • If you want to proceed, we sign a coaching agreement that protects us legally & financially. This is standard good business practice. If you're not willing to sign this, I prefer not to work with you. 
  • You purchase your preferred coaching package. 

Do I pay upfront or after the session?

Before you purchase any blog coaching session package, contact me first.

We both sign a blog coaching agreement that protects us legally and financially.

After this, you purchase your selected package.  

Payment for coaching sessions is upfront in full. 

I'm fully committed to helping you achieve your blog goals. You should be too. Historically, I've found those that pay the full amount are most dedicated to achieving success - and they do! 

How can I pay?


Payments are made via PayPal or Stripe. 

Are you flexible with scheduled sessions?

Yes. Life happens. Sh*t happens. Kids happen. I know it because it's happened to me as well. 

If you can give me fair warning (e.g. 24 hrs) that's great. We can reschedule. 

What if I need to cancel a session?

This is easy: we'll reschedule. Life happens!  

Preferably contact me 24 hrs before to reschedule.

Do you record the sessions?

If requested, I can record a session and share the video with you.
