Sometimes it's impossible to get up a coaching session where both of us are in time zones that don't have one of us up at awful hours.
Sometimes you need just a few questions answered quickly without a full in-depth session. You value my insights and expertise and want to work with me... but it doesn't warrant a full one-hour Zoom session.
This is how it works:
You sign up for the service
Once payment goes through you send me ONE email with up to FIVE questions, including any materials that are relevant to your question.
I will provide you with an email response to those questions, either in text or Loom video format (e.g., walkthrough of steps).
You get two additional emails to clarify the initial email response as needed.
MEET THE BLOG COACH
If you have completely new questions on different topics that go beyond the initial five you've asked in your first email, you will need to purchase a new package.
In any coaching situation - whether it is a live Zoom call, or providing support via email/video links - there needs to be an agreement to protect us both legally. This is a good business practice. I do not provide coaching services unless this is agreed upon and payment is received.
No - the nature of the product is digital content that is provided to you. As such, there are no refunds. As a coach, I do my best to ensure that your questions are answered to help you succeed with your challenges and goals.
My time to support clients is limited. I balance Zoom session clients, along with other commitments. You are seeking support and expertise which requires a time commitment to provide you with a quality response.
